course, our furnace quit working in the middle of the
winter. John came over right away to fix it, but we knew
that it was old and would need replacing. After discussing
the problem with him, we decided on the furnace we wanted
and it was installed the next week. We found John and the
people who work for him to be quite knowledgeable, reliable,
